Dad not so long ago, taking a walk around his favourite place, The Pant Yr Ochain….

Dad has so many amazing memories of the Pant Yr Ochain and surrounding areas with growing up in Gresford.....me and the boys have listened to many stories over the years about how he would go fishing down in the Pant Pool, something he really wanted to do with Oliver and Luke when he retired from TMHUK, and also telling us about his early starts working on his mates farm in Pont-y-capel Lane, milking and shovelling allsorts aswell as getting up to mischief ! Dad absolutely loved nature, he knew every type of bird just by hearing their "tweet", he knew the name of every tree and could educate us all on many things within the wild.....there was nothing he didn't know. Dad was my biggest inspiration, who I could rely on for support no matter what, talk to him about anything at all and he would never judge me, would love me unconditionally......and would also be my bodyguard.....if anyone ever upset me, they would have my Dad to deal with.... They say "any man can be a father, but it takes someone really special to be a Dad..." and my Dad was more than this expectation, he was perfect in every single way....I can't thank him enough as he has made me become the woman I am today.
